Before work, I headed to Lockport for a couple hours of goldeye fishing. It was a beautiful morning, and the goldeye were biting nonstop. I even caught my first Master Angler goldeye!
I think in this video I'm using a 1/8 oz. jig head but I'm now using a 1/16 oz. I found that the 1/8 oz. was too long and would sometimes poke the goldeye in the eye when the hook set. I don't have that problem as much with a smaller jig.
