It’s actually Turnagain arm, which is part of the ocean. And it’s fairly close to Anchorage. But it’s only open to state residents for fishing hooligan
WTH…??? I guess that you are fishing to feed your family along with bait, not just for sport since you are keeping the fish you catch… Then why would you walk away leaving fish you caught laying on the ground that didn’t make it into the bucket…? I ask because I hate to see a resource go to waste even if they are in abundance…
