I always enjoy the bait gathering or catching part of fishing. It's so much more enjoyable than getting a frozen packet from the servo. But at the same time you can't beat the convenience and fish catching ability of a packet of frozen prawns. So I mix it up :)

I came down here yesterday,Saturday night and it was crazy on the jetty so many people and a lot of good eating size tailor

I went to the spit today [ Saturday ] with my fishing club [ Nerang RSL fishing club ]there was 10 of use today 🤙And I tried the chicken in oyster sauce .. WORKED A bloody treat . 3 undersize whiting 1 30cn flathead .All went back to grow bigger lol .And 4 puffer fish .. I also tried fish sauce with chicken .it was not as good as the oyster sauce. .We all had lots of bits but I was the only one to land anything 👍👍👍👍.So thank you for the heads up of using chicken in oyster sauce
