Thanks, Andrew. The worst part was not being able to read. I ended up using your method and relying on audiobooks when I was too sick to focus on a physical book.
Good to know. I think TBRs are great for people who like to read along at the same time or are just looking for interesting books for themselves but it just doesn't work for my type of reading.
Thank you, Michael. Considering that you're close to 19,000 subscribers (When in the world did that happen?) I can see where it would tough keeping up with videos. Roger needs to start answering all comments for you while you're at work.
I got really sick three days before Christmas and was very sick for like a week. Hope you feel better soon! Also, I picked up The Adventures of A South Pole Pig and It Came From The Closet based on your recommendations. Adventures of A South Pole Pig was so cute and heartwarming. I still have to get to It Came From The Closet, but I have the audio and should get to it soon.
I’m so glad to hear you enjoyed them. I’m a couple of years into this RU-vid thing and I still get nervous when recommending books. Not everyone likes everything, but I don’t want to let people down, you know?
Just take it easy with yourself so you can get better!!! I love that you read 'Salem's Lot to begin your 2024!?!?! That is my favorite Stephen King novel, as well as my current favorite horror novel of all time!?!?! 🎉 I love vampires, so I am biased in that sense!?! How did you like it? I can't wait for what comes to your channel this year!!!!! In the meantime, heal thyself, be kind to yourself and may you, the effervescent Mrs. Paige and the magnificent Chaos/Havoc enjoy your week to the fullest, take care, enjoy and until next time, spectacular Mr. Joshua!!!!! 🎉 😀
I hope you fully recover soon. It sucks being sick. I'm also a huge Golden Girls fan! Horror and Golden Girls 🤣. If you ever want a trivia partner, or opponent let me know lol. I've read a few Junji Ito and thats led me to some other horror manga. Where is that black copy of Dorian Grey from?? Its beautiful!
Haha I'll keep it in mind next time we're in D.C. area. What other horror manga would you suggest to someone new to it? The black edition is from a small company called Jumpmaster Press. They just released black editions of Dorian Grey, Dracula, and Frankenstein.
