Hello, everyone! My name is Joshua. I'd like to welcome you to Coffee, Cats, and King, where we will discuss books both new and old, share with you pictures of my cats that will make you wish they were your cats, and drink enough coffee for me and everybody watching.
Dream Evil looks rad! Ooooh yeah Halloween Screams. In Theory that would make me happy hahahahahaha IN THEORY hahaha. But I don't like either of those movies hahaha. I did read the Halloween Kills novelization and that was better than the book but I despise the Terrifier movies hahaha. I do like Tim Waggoner though! OH good...I also dislike the Terrifier movies hahaha. That October book looks rad. Great TBR!
Another great one. The remake is so stupid and silly she might actually like it more than she did this one hahaha. HOW'D IT GET BURNED? HOW'D IT GET BURNED?
My sister is begging to come back over so we can all watch the remake. It's so outlandish that you can't help but love it. Thanks for watching these, friend. I'm glad someone else is enjoying it as much as we are.
I did not know Don't Look Now was based on a book! You read soo many interesting books. No Dogs in Philly sounds rad. I agree with Paige DOWN WITH WIL WHEATON. lol. Puts the EYE in PIE.
It does not surprise me that a man of culture (such as yourself) also enjoys Du Maurier's short work. That said, I must now fight you for not liking Redshirts.
@@Paigesopenbook No, I get it. I remember DNF-ing the audiobook of Redshirts, although I don't remember if it was Wil's narration or just Scalzi's annoying writing. 😉
Such a fun book haul!!! Thank you for sharing your list- I am adding Daphne du Maurier's Don't Look Know to my Audible TBR, for sure!!! I recently finished Ira Levin's The Stepford Wives and Richard Matheson's Hell House, the latter being utterly fantastic, gripping and atmospheric!!!!! I enjoyed The Stepford Wives very much, as it does differ from the film, particularly the ending. May you, the ever lovely Mrs. Paige and the super mischievous Chaos/Havoc enjoy your week: Laugh, smile, be healthy, be well, live it up to the fullest and I'll see/hear from you next time, amazing Mr. Joshua!!!!! 🎉🌌🍂
hahahahahahahahahaha Joshua being a little jerk hahahhaha "It was a gun not fireworks". A success! Child's Play is so much fun. Havoc is so eepy. They are better movie buddies then my crew, Loomis meows his head off the whole time haha. Great video!
Asylum is rad! A great start. Which is the best anthology film in your opinion? It's hard to pick out. 3 and a half or a 4 is good start! Those old Amicus movies are so fun, I think I'll watch one of those again soon!
This was a lot of fun! If Paige liked Asylum, there’s another Amicus movie called The House That Dripped Blood that she might enjoy, it’s also an anthology and not too scary. Also, Havoc did a great job as horror movie host!!😸
Fun, fun, FUN!!! 🎉 Thank you two for this new series with your content- it will be a BLAST to see more of these in the future!!! May the delightful Chaos/Havoc, the spectacular Mrs. Paige and you enjoy the Labor Day weekend/week: Laugh, smile, take care, be healthy and until next time, terrific Mr. Josh!!!!! 🍂🎑
Went to Roger Rabbit on opening day with some buds but we messed up the timing and ended up sitting in a bar for two-plus hours waiting for the next show. I believe that's the drunkest I've ever been while seeing a movie. Spoiler alert: I was pretty drunk. 😁
That is a fantastic story, Troy. I’m sure it made the movie all the more entertaining. Spoiler for you: the original book is pretty great, but the next few…not so much. The movie is undeniably fun though.
I’m proud of you for not giving up ❤ that’s the beauty of being a reader, you can do whatever you want. I need to dedicate a month to catch up on my 2024 TBR too because I’m so behind lol maybe that will be my focus for September - please help hold me accountable 😅
Havoooooooc. I am very basic and love pretty sprayed edges hahaha. I've never bought any with artwork but if its like coloured in any way I get excited to buy it. Wolfy bois today. Fanros, Cats, and Werewolves new channel name. Great video as always!
A very nice collection for the month of July- TJ Klune's two novels are GORGEOUS, and I may have to add them to my list!!! Wishing you, the wonderful Mrs. Paige and the ever delightful Chaos/Havoc a fireworks 🎆🎇 filled, scrumptious, frivolity Fourth of July , and I can't wait for the next video, spectacular Mr. Joshua!!!!! 🩶🤍🩷🖤🤎❤️💙🩵💛💚💜🦄🌌🌈✨
Welcome back! Awe…I always enjoy seeing the cats! An annotated book is the sweetest gift ever. Love that! I have A Botanical Daughter on my shelf and it sounds so interesting. My TBR just got longer. I read LGBTQ books all year too and I’m excited about these. 🏳️🌈
Count me as one of those who loathe -- LOATHE -- Meddling Kids. Loathe it. Hate. Hate it so so much. Despise it. Want to find the copy I threw across the room so I can throw it across the room again. 🤨
🎉 🌈🎊 A triumphant return, to be sure!!!!! May this Pride month bring you, the fantabulous Mrs. Paige and the mischievous Chaos/Havoc rainbows galore, joy-filled celebration 💐 and all things brilliant, spectacular Mr. Joshua!!!!! 🥳😃💎
THE KING HAS RETURNED....and also...the coffee....and of course...the cats. I hope you are doing well and okay Joshua! Definitely missed seeing you around. I love that cat mug. AWWW! You got married on her birthday, that is so sweet and amazing! Amazing and sweeeet. Rascal looks really interesting. What moves the dead is really entertaining. I need to read more T. Kingfisher books! Great video!
I was just wondering where you had disappeared to! So happy to see you back! I read Meddling Kids when it came out and loved it! It's like watching an episode of Scooby Doo, right? 😄
Welcome back! I wish you two a very happy anniversary (I know it's early) and many wonderful years in the future. As a proud Ally, I appreciate you recognizing and celebrating Pride. I have Botanical Daughter on my TBR too! I hope you enjoy The Honeys; it was a 5 star read for me. 🐝🍯Thanks for the kitty footage! 🌈🏳️🌈
Wow you go months without uploading and then you have me crying within the first few minutes lol I’m so honored that 1 Last Shot made it to your June TBR. This video has also inspired me to try and read/showcase as many queer romance this month as I can. I’m so proud of you. ❤
Wow, I am surprised that you like her Josh. I have TRIED to like 4 of her books now......nope. She is not my type of author. It was good to see the both of you. BUT where is your coffee mug? Why styrofoam? lol. Take care you two. Richard
Absolutely lovely!!! 😀 What Darcy Coates novels would you recommend for me? I must add her to my wishlist!!! Please tell Mrs. Paige that her hair is GORGEOUS!?!?! May you all have a majestic, short week: Laugh, smile, take care, enjoy and until next time, terrific Mr. Joshua!!!!! 😀 🎉
