So happy to see you back Howard. Enjoyed your vlog and i know exactly where you're coming from. There will always be at least one rotten apple in the barrel, the trick is to not let them get to you. Easier said than done i know!! I think it will do you the world of good to go to a few different places, that's what we intended to do this year but the heatwave here in England has been a nightmare and put pay to that idea!!! We live by the sea and we will wait for the tourists to depart and then hopefully we will be able to enjoy our own town and hopefully more comfortable temperatures. My husband Ray and I went out last week with our beautiful maltese Louis to the quieter end of the seafront we had a lovely time until the heat came and then we headed home. Yesterday Louis woke us at 5am (he sleeps with us) making a terrible goose like 'honking' noise and gagging. Ray rang the vet and Louis was seen that day and diagnosed with Kennel Cough!!! We were mortified. I don't handle stress well and yesterday my stress levels were through the roof. Louis is so much better today after a good nights sleep and Antibiotics so we in return feel calmer. He is our baby and we were both so worried. Stress and MS do not mix well. I use to love the heat but I get so many ms problems with the heat. I get so tired and get angry as its a wast of a day. Glad your dog is ok. We forget if we are hot they must be hot as he'll wearing a fur coat. You take care as a new heat wave coming. X
Morning Howard....great upload....so pleased your getting there and feeling a little brighter. You always keep in real, and talking about what youve been through...its refreshing. I would like to see similar uploads...probably not what you were thinking..but stuff on your daily challenges for both you and Pen. As a sufferer of Fibro ... it helps to listen to peoples experiences and little ways of coping that perhaps i could try. So i think doing joint uploads would be great. Take care Howard....x

You are right people without a disability will not understand I have fibromyalgia and depression and get good and bad days and a son with autism love to you and penny what is your vintage name please xx
Thanks for this I have bad anxiety and as for dogs I'm looking after my sons been six weeks now I can't stand the constant barking either that's driving me mad aswell
Oh Howard so sorry that idiot made you feel so low . People haven’t got a clue what it’s like to suffer from depression!! I have done now for many years as you say it just creeps up on you , you can go to bed feeling ok and wake up the next day feeling really down and don’t know why .like you I had to give up my job of 30 years that I loved because of depression and stress it took me over a year to come to terms with that decision.
