Hello Howard/ welsh womble. ...I thoroughly enjoyed this video. I am so glad you have spoken about your illnesses, its so important as others can relate to it. I have fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, Complex post traumatic stress disorder. I can totally agree with you when ppl say, oh you look well. I always say " it's not my face that's ill " I have fallen out with family members too, as they say they understand but obviously do not , even though I have even asked them to read about the illnesses I suffer from. Ppl just think I'm being lady or can't be bothered but the truth is my anxiety and depression is so high that I have missed important parties, family gatherings etc. My sister for one says " you were fine yesterday, so why can't you go to such n such with me today ". It's horrible. Can I pls ask you to keep your videos coming when you can and when you are well enough to do them. Look forward. Nos da x
Thanks for feedback. Will do some more on depression and the things we have to deal with. A big one for me was getting my disability blue badge. That hurt because then you realised you are disabled.

You have certainly not had an easy time of it Howard, chronic illness is a lot to deal with. Kudos to you for openly talking about it and bringing awareness to it. Hope it cools down and you can get out and about a bit more. Take care❣️

Oh Howard you have been through a the wars !! Must have been very scary when you didn’t know what was wrong with you . Though it doesn’t make things go away you now know why you were felling so poorly . It’s good you try to keep mobile and have your eBay to keep you occupied and keep the brain active , well done on the sales you have had . Take care X
