One of the things I loved th most about Lightroom was that you could divide your library into columns of metadata. I wish this feature was mainstream. I would love to choose a year, locations and lens, then see all my images. Man

Very useful thank you. I just have a couple of quick questions, how do you share Catalog (metadata) keywords across multiple users? Also is there a way of cleaning up the keywords, i.e deleting unused keywords? I would really appreciate your help with with this. Our company has just brought 8 licences and it would be great if we all had the same keywords. Can they somehow be linked/ synchronised. Many Thanks

Why is it not possible to set a hotkey to "create a new category"? I've searched all over and it seems you can only set hotkeys to a very limited set of commands.

Some information is really good but it is quite hard to sift it. Presenter script is not the easiest and the use of umm is quite irritating. May be it is jsut the American style of presentation.

do not buy this software the support is a joke. you cannot even deactivate the installed software in order to install and activate it on a different pc ,they try to make you buy a new licence!

You can absolutely deactivate the installed software and then install in another PC. 1. Log into your acdID user portal at acdid.acdsee.com/ and select My Apps. 2. Under the My Products tab, locate the product that you have previously installed and activated using the license code. 3. Click the link for Activated Machines associated with that product. 4. Select the machine you want to deactivate and click Deactivate. 5. You can then install ACDSee on your new computer using the same license key that you deactivated from the previous machine.
