Ingredients details for 1KG
Chicken- 1 Kg
Rice - 750 gms
For Base Masala
Oil 1/4 Cup
Onions - 300 gm chopped
7 - 8 Green chilies slit
3-4 Cloves
10-12 Black pepper
1/2 Inch Cinnamon
2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
4 Medium size tomatoes chopped
Chopped coriander and mint leaves
Salt
1/2 Tsp Turmeric
1 Tsp Coriander powder
1 Tsp Chilli powder
1/2 Tsp Black pepper powder
1/2 Garam Masala
1/2 Tsp Fennel Powder (Ssunf)
1/4 Cup Dahi
1/2 Cup Fried Onions (Homemade only)
1 Lemon Juice
For Marination of Chicken
Chicken 1 Kg
1/2 Tsp turmeric
1 Tsp Coriander powder
1 Tsp Red chilli powder
1 Tsp kashmiri Chilli powder
1/2 Tsp Black pepper powder
1 Tsp garam Masala
1/2 Tsp Fennel Powder
5-6 Tsp Full Kashmiri Chilli -10-12 Curry leaves ( Grind coarsely )
4 Tbsp Curd
Salt as per taste
2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
Curry leaves 8-10
Corn Flour 2 Tbsp
Colour
Oil for Frying
For Boiling Rice (Soak rice for 1 hour and then strain )
Salt
Rice
Cashew
Cardamom, Cloves
Carrot
Raisins
Ghee
Lemon juice
Oil
Curry leaves
Add Rice - Cook 80%
