I don't understand why people have to roast the crowd, it's not like all of them are fans of every single band...they have to stand for ages to wait to listen to their favourite band and they all doing their best
Their songs are amazing to jam to, this one in particular is fucking massive, and they are a very energetic band, is such a shame when the crowd doesn't give back to the band all the energy their getting. Anyway, it's the corwd's loss. Could've had an awesome time partying in that show, but prefered not to. Van was still giving 100% tho. Brilliant.
omg stop insulting the crowd! it's a FESTIVAL not some bands' concert. people who stand near the stage jumping and singing their hearts out and others just enjoying good music, they don't have to scream and jump like fangirls ok?
What makes a good crowd exactly? I have no experience and they look pretty excited to me. And they have to stand up all day so they got be exhausted...
I was there and they were really good. I was pissed off with how shit the crowd was! Not a southerner thing, just big weekend is all teenage girls so crowd was inevitably going to be as flat and wank
saw these lads at Halifax Victoria theatre and it was absolutely carnage, this crowd is absolutely awful, doesn't give them justice as this is a cracking song to jam to
Everyone is saying how shitty the crowd is but I can honestly tell you it wasn't, I was there! Obviously this is only 1 song and the BBC will mainly want to cover what's happening on stage and getting good sound quality from the performers. Admittedly the crowd wasn't as good as when I went to their gig but particularly in The Balcony songs the crowd was going crazy! It's difficult getting vibes from a recorded performance. Plus it was really poorly balanced, hence why Van's vocals seem quiet
The crowds dead compared to last year at t and Glastonbury, the band sounded phenomenal and bondys solo was amazing, the crowd didn't seem to create any atmosphere at all
Oh dear how can the crowd be so boring in every single videos, they are killing the vibes. Are they not selling alcohol in the venues or they are all genuinely exhausted n don't want to be there??? Give the tickets to those who really want to go!!!
Everyone dissing the crowd ur so wrong, yeah of course the people at the back were shit but people who actually TRIED to get to the front we're going mental, I can tell you the screams almost drowned out the music
Ive no idea why everyone on here is having a go at the crowd, fair enough the crowd could be better, but this is a weak performance from them, i dunno maybe because its a new tune and hasnt been played live as much, i seen them two weeks ago in dublin and they were great, im a huge fan of their music, but this is a poor performance, dont be kidding yourselves ha
IT'S NO A SHITTY CROWD, IS THE BAND (BORING OR MAYBE THEY DON'T KNOW THEIR SONGS), IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME LOOK AT THE 1975 PERFORMANCE, THATS NOT A SHITTY CROWD...
+Kieran Lomas yeah I just saw them at reading, so I can't say they're boring but you can't say that this is a shitty crowd if you see the 1975 performance so I think the crowd don't know their songs...
Jesus! At this point in my life, I'm supposed to be hearing music from youth that is too strange, new and creative for me to understand... it's supposed to be flying over my bewildered head and I'm supposed to be shaking my fist in fear and confusion.... INSTEAD I've got to listen to a tame old worn-out sound we thought was fucking TIRED already when I was young? NIGHTMARE. Hey kids, there's something seriously WRONG when you *bore the fuck* out of the old folks with what you're doing! Laugh! Go invent something DANGEROUS and NEW, okay? Fuuuuuuuck.
