Catfishing a Cross Wind with cut bait

We got set up on a great cross wind right off a point that drops off fairly deep quick. Within minutes of the livestream which was filmed minutes before this video we started getting into some fast pace action with both the blues and flathead catfish. As you will see in this video the action continued as we waited for the rainstorm to approach. Hope you like the video!

Your lucky to be finding shad, we cant find any no where in our rivers and we cant find any at the bait shops around. The skipjack are elusive too. So we haven't been fishing in a while but at least we can watch it on RU-vid

I've been there before! I used to do construction work up there. Hate to hear the bait is hard to get right now. I've been catching mine around marinas. If I go early then I don't catch any but later in the day they move in there good and I can catch them rather quickly sometimes.

Lol yeah me too. Service was bad fhere and it got laggy. It eventually kicked the live stream off
