The police woman in the car is clueless and a liar , disgraceful woman, the pcso was also a total disgrace , refusing to prove who he was should result in him being sacked especially after Couzens.
What a pointless gobby policewoman. Got to pity her husband and kids and the lads in the back of the car having to listen to her. They looked so embarrassed.
“Have I been disrespectful to you?” For fuck’s sake, it’s impossible to be more disrespectful than telling someone they are going to be arrested if they carry out a legal activity. She says that and demands respect?? It’s an absolute disgrace, she should be held to account for that alone.
“Giving me attitude” says it all, you can’t demand respect, it must be earned. She admitted she knew nothing about flying drones then sat there arguing with people who have read the guidelines.
“There’s no need for you to be antagonising” says the female officer who came up to you and did nothing but act rude and be antagonising then wouldn’t listen when DJ offered to politely point out exactly why she was wrong.
It's laughable when someone tells you that you cant do something when they don't have a clue what they're talking about, but it's even worse when that person is a copper and they just carry on like they're a leading authority on the subject

And the copper sat in the car is an excellent example of how they will use ANY language against you, at any point they will gladly say you have attitude, you're aggressive, it's for security, etc etc. Instead of dealing with the law.
Prefer you do it solo. DJ has his style of audits. You have yours. Telling him to stop talking was nonsense. I was enjoying his conversation. I watch him for his content and I watch you for yours.
He was DEFINITELY impersonating a police officer.....but how would go about a private prosecution and what chance of a guilty result? None, I'd imagine! 😠😠😠
@@paullancaster7066 No private prosecution because he didn't abuse his power or actually say he is a police officer. It could be a disciplinary matter though if he violated the uniform code. Most PCSO's have that on the back of their jacket.
Hey Kolee,,so glad when you are working with DJ,,he is the best professional teacher out there but I have to say that your veracity is admirable and makes me feel so grateful to you for fighting for my rights while im just sitting on my couch because I know that you know that this entire movement is about education on all sides,, thanks kollee you are a hero for real

I’m fully behind the auditors as they do some fantastic work, but the authorities are not going to sit around and allow this to happen - they want control without accountability and have to shut down auditors or any other challengers to achieve it. The law will ultimately be changed and that will be a very sad and dangerous day for everyone.
But at the same time. Not doing this and in practice you are not exercising your right anyway so it is as if we no longer have it. In essence, your rights are meaningless unless you use them

Unbelievable, how they can rock up, threaten people with unlawful arrest, ignore all responses, then lecture you on being rude, and just drive away, still with a job. At the very least, they should now be made to sit a one on one comprehension test, with simple IQ appraisal.

Out of interest, does anyone know if a car is considered "private property" of the owner? If so, would be a good rebuttal to the fools saying you cant film into private land
