Excellent review and video Chris ( as usual! ). So very detailed and full of information. The Halibut looked amazing. Well done to the caterers for getting fish so nicely done. ( Halibut is one of my favourite fish.)

Hi Judy! Nice to hear from you. Thank you for the awesome compliments! Actually I wanted to include some impressions from Seoul, but then I wanted to keep the video short and didn't do it. SHOULD have done IT! I had a wonderful time there, visiting a very dear friend, and I also gave a little masterclass for opera students there. Maybe I can include some of it in one of my next reports (stay tuned for Cathay Pacific First Class 🤫)
