With the pandemic, Cathay laid-off a lot of Staff, and many had found a job and don't think to go bak again. Now with traveling picks up they are lack of crew members and the passengers are the 'victims'! Before the pandemic Cathay was among the top 7 but now . . . I prefer other airlines with better service as well ticket prices, even i had a short stopover , , btw good video 😎

Thanks for the video, it was very well presented. If I had paid for a business class seat on your flight, I would have felt very shortchanged by the experience----cold food, dirty washrooms, slow service. I would have regretted not saving my money and purchasing an economy seat on the same flight instead! It seems like the only good thing about business class was the Bon Maman preserves with your croissant!

Hi there, I really like your trip report. Regarding the service is very slow that is right in Cathay still lack of manpower and they are still recruiting new crew to join with them, in the meantime you also can make suggestions to Cathay to give more manpower especially for long haul, I do believe the crew already request for additional crew, but the suggestion from passengers is more efficient rather than the crew. Thank you.

@@AeroTravelAviation "gwei lo" is a local slang we call foreginers (mainly refers to white people). It literally translates to "ghost guy" which might sounds negative, but there's definitely no negative context when we use this word nowadays. Gweilo Beer is actually a local brewer, and its founders were no other than 3 foreginers (gweilo) living in Hong Kong!
