I think it's important to stick to stocks that are immune to economic policies. I'm looking at NVIDIA and other AI stocks that have the potential to power and transform future technologies. It seems AI is the trajectory most companies are taking, including even established FAANG companies
That's a great analogy and I love the insight. Professionals could make a really big difference in investing, and I think everyone should have one. There are aspects of market trend that is difficult for the untrained eyes to see.
My CFA JULIANNE IWERSEN NIEMANN' a renowned figure in her line of work. I recommend researching her credentials further... She has many years of experience and is a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the financial market..
Thank you for sharing this. I took the time to Google the individual you mentioned, and after reviewing her resume, it is evident that she is a seasoned professional. I have reached out to her and am eagerly awaiting her response.
I recently sold some of my long-term position and currently sitting on about 250k, do you think Nvidia is a good buy right now or I have I missed out on a crucial buy period, any good stock recommendation on great performing stocks will be appreciated.
Exactly, I used to undermine the efficiency of a financial advisor until my wife company assigned her an investment adviser back in 2020 and tbh, it’s been the best financial decision I’ve made.
Carol Vivian Constable is the licensed fiduciary I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment..
It's enticing to consider purchasing some stocks before the splits occur. What are your thoughts on this? I'm contemplating investing more than $300k. While these splits can generate short-term excitement, their long-term impacts can be unpredictable.
It seems like there's potential, but caution is warranted. hence I will advice you get yourself a financial advisor that can provide you with entry and exit points
Opting for an inves-tment advisr is currently the optimal approach for navigating the stock market, particularly for those nearing retirement. I've been consulting with a coach for a while, and my portfolio has surged by 85% since 2022
I appreciate it. After searching her name online and reviewing her credentials, I'm quite impressed. I've contacted her as I could use all the help I can get. A call has been scheduled.
I feel investors should be focusing on under-the-radar stocks, and considering the current rollercoaster nature of the stock market, Because 35% of my $270k portfolio comprises of plummeting stocks which were once revered and i don't know where to go here out of devastation.
I think the next big thing will be A.I. For enduring growth akin to META, it's vital to avoid impulsive decisions driven by short-term fluctuations. Prioritize patience and a long-term perspective consider financial advisory for informed buying and selling decisions.
Some experts say Plantir is the next Nvidia. I intend buying $200K worth of it soon. I’m well positioned with good blue chip companies and A.I stocks but my concern is how to hedge against inevitable crash.
Not bad picks. Stocks like Tesla and NVIDIA still have some way up to go. It's always a good idea to go over it with a financial advisor. You might get new insights on how to go about it and that increases your chances of making huge profit.
I wholeheartedly concur; I'm 60 years old, just retired, and have about $1,250,000 in non-retirement assets. Compared to the whole value of my portfolio during the last three years, I have no debt and a very little amount of money in retirement accounts. To be completely honest, the information provided by invt-advisors can only be ignored but not neglected. Simply undertake research to choose a trustworthy one.
Certainly, there are a handful of experts in the field. I've experimented with a few over the past years, but I've stuck with ‘’Aileen Gertrude Tippy” for about five years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look-her up.
I don't get the obsession with Cathie Wood. She had a tremendous year in 2020 but if that's when you hopped on her hype train you're probably down. Over the past 5 years, her main fund is up ~5% while the S & P is up over 80%. Don't get me wrong she's incredibly intelligent but she's playing a much different game than I am. I'd rather hear you or Palantir customers like Tyson Foods or Lennar Homes (Wait, it's the same guy) talk about the software than her opinion on the state of AI.
Congratulations everyone who supports Palantir! Especially when Warren Buffet’s insurance companies are interested in using Palantir services to service them. Amazing! Alex Karp is a modern day soldier hero with a PhD! We should invest in him so he can protect our country! He has been working very hard for the past 20 years. Well done Alex! We love you.
@@johnchen0213 You're paying attention to the wrong thing. Most companies in the ARKs are small, "growth" companies like Tesla and Nvidia once were 😐 Get it??😐
I say this as a Palantir investor, but if they are so much into AI, why were they not referenced in the latest Nvidia presentation, surely they must be using their technology to power their software??? 😕
I read these from the Internet. Are this true? Cathie Wood's Ark Invest has destroyed $14 billion in wealth over the past decade. A Morningstar analysis found that Ark Invest topped the list of wealth destroyers among other investment companies. "These funds managed to lose value for shareholders even during a generally bullish market," Morningstar said.
It is my biggest position. Cathie did not really say much in this video. Since video was made Palantir and Microsoft have announced a partnership. I note that Palantir has market cap about 1/10th of Tesla. Both Tesla and Palantir have a long, long, long way to go over the next 10+ years.
According to Yahoo Finance, Ark Invest only owns 13 million shares of Palantir representing only 0.61% and a value (Yahoo Finance) of $395 million (YF). For all her conviction she could have bought a lot more of the company, especially when the share price was in the dirt.
The amount of negativity toward Cathy in the investment community is baffling. They look at historical charts while ARK researches actual details of a company's talent and innovations. Go, Cathy and team!
I don’t think that’s accurate ChatGPT would only cost a couple thousand hundred dollars to develop today. Data centers handling massive AI projects might utilize hundreds or even thousands of the Blackwell B200 GPUs at a cost of $30,000-$40,000 per chip. Nvidia's own DGX SuperPOD can house up to 576 of these GPUs in a single system, according to Bard.
I don’t see how pltr competes with Microsoft. It is not a hardware operating system. I guess you could say it operates a bit like an ai friendly vm, on top of a hardware kernel provided by Microsoft and others.
Palantir’s main business use case has really little to do with large language models. Clueless as hell. Palantir focuses on providing big data platforms for government entities. Yes it offers AI capabilities. But most of it involves data integration, ingestion, and analytics in a centralized cloud based location. It’s nothing special. I’ve used Databricks, I’ve used Palantir Foundry, I’ve used AWS, I’ve used Azure. It’s all the same. Palantir is nothing “special”. She’s speaking to her clueless retail investor base
NOT REALLY, PALANTIR IS MORE OF PRODUCING USEFUL INDICATORS FROM THE DATA MINED BY THE NEURAL NETWORKS - TO DEVELOP PATTERNS, INDICATORS, SO THIS IS THE FIRST APPLICATION OF AI WHICH IS PRODUCING PROFITABLE RESULTS.WE NEED AT LEAST ANOTHER 100 COMPANIES WORKING ON VARIOUS APPLICATIONS PROVE THAT AI CAN PRODUCE SOMETHING DIRECTLY RESULTING IN PROFITS
Meanwhile she sold out of palantir low and bought high. May want to take a gander at the RU-vid video “Cathie wood is a scam”. She is legit a conglomerate of false experts. She speaks well, and is a great salesperson, but man that video is rough.
Jeez that's the kiss of death on Palantir then. Don't forget this is coming from a woman who dumped Palantir previously in favour of Zoom. However this is not really a Palantir thesis is it?
I had to do a hard look and make sure my eyes aint playing tricks on me. Is that fkn Andrea Iggy? I have his fkn jersey in my closet and never thought I'd see him on a podcast talking about this. Its like Dr. Strange got bored and teleported them into some random ass podcast.
If I'm Alex Karp and the fate of my company is on the line or wall street has their death beams pointed at Palantir, you better invest, I WANT GUODALA!
