Sure, but you can do so with love and compassion. I see so many fellow Catholics who have such utter hate for LGBT people yet they wonder why church numbers are dwindling. A true Catholic or Christian in general should harbour no such hate. As Christ says in John 15:12, “This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you”. When more Catholics can follow what not only the bible but also the CCC says then maybe we might see church numbers start to climb. I cannot speak for God (anyone can't), but i don't think homossexuality (or any sexuality like having hetero unmarried sex) is a sin. It is what you do with it that matters yes and you can do great loving things in a same sex relationship. You can fulfil your life purpose and live up to great values. There is no difference comparing to a similar hetero relationship.

As a queer person who tries to live out the Church's teachings, I can tell you that it is a struggle. People in the Church treat us like we are some kind of sexually starved monsters. How would you feel if you knew you could never have a family of your own or be in love with someone. What does "their condition" mean? You make it sound as though homosexuality is a disability or a disease that one has no control over or is in some way caused by God? Homosexuality is a blatant sin against God. Kindly let's call it what it is and stop dancing around it. To show genuine love to a person is to tell them their stance with God in relation to their sin. The only way one is a Christian is for them to repent of their sin and cry out to Jesus Christ for salvation from it and the God's punishment. If you do not tell people the truth of the Gospel and God's heart, you will damn them to hell.
How is being attracted to someone a sin? Sin, as you should know, is an act against God's commands. You have to actively choose it. Do you have any control on who you are attracted to? Of course not.
