Cathy is using Joe's Prime Gel Medium (bit.ly/V5bzWi) to "tack" the torn pieces of paper to a sheet of Canson XL Recycled Bristol paper (bit.ly/XzA6CI). This enables her to adjust the design before she commits to it permanently. Cathy creates beautiful abstract collages with a variety of textures and colors with the altered papers she made by treating National Geographic pages with Citra Solv cleaner.
