@Kamareddine09 Probably there are some edges that intersect. You should double check all sketches with Tools-> sketch analysis. All profiles must be closed. The best way is to go step by step with the movie

somethings wrong or im missing something: constrain from cylinder's top to upper rectangle side is 5 mm. And rectangle thickness is 4. Theres an obvious difference between those two dimensions which leads me to believe that a measure is wrong. Im saying that because when I try to translate the rectangle using the measures in the film, all 4 instances of rectangle are intersecting one with the other
