Catrike 559 E-Assist with modifications 

10K miles a year... I call BS, especially in a Wall-E chair.

@@brianbassett4379 fyi I have two Catrikes and live on cape cod for 8 months a year and spend 4 months in south Florida. I ride 30 miles or more every day of the year. When I take recovery day every 4-5 days I generally do 40-50 on following days. I ride with a group of cyclists and we do a century ride the last weekend of every month. Call bs whatever you want . I have the odometers to prove it.

The neck rest is an adapter kit from Terra Cycle (tcycle)bike accessories. You use the Catrike neck mount base and then the adapter kit. The quad lock is the best phone holder ever! Thanks for watching!

I have not found any limitations riding a recumbent and ask any orthopedic surgeon or Physical Therapist…. the recumbent trike is the most efficient way to ride a bike. I get the same cardio as on my diamond frame bikes. I also have a Trek Carbon Fiber fatty a Trek ebike and a Trek Marlin 8.0 . Just like you have a bag of clubs to play golf, I pick which bike to ride based on the trail I am on and the surface.

I'm 67 yrs old and had been hiking a small mountain 3-4 times a week. This was working great for me for years until I blew out my knees thinking I could play tennis again, after 50 years. Bought an e-assist, torque actuated, recumbent trike. Takes all that weight off the knees, helps me get up hills, but still lets me out for long rides, great workouts with monitors to keep my cadence and heart rate in the aerobic zone. Total bliss. I feel so much better. That said, there's a learning curve with these trikes. They're not bicycles.
