There's also the fact that with every jump, flip, and twirl, the rock of the boat can shift the floor just that little bit and dancers have to be ready for that. When they're expecting to land at one spot and they land on another makes a huge difference in the long run.
left out is the fact that after keeping it to the original run time RCL finally realized near the end of 2019, that they needed to cut the length since most of the audience would leave during intermission. Instead of the original 3 hour long show it is now roughly 90min with many of the characters cut out. (also it takes closer to 3 hours to set up that fucking stage)
What a beautiful production, the right set, the right costumes, the right choreography, the right everything, you even added / or kept, Growtiger's number. Looks like a wonderful production and I loved seeing all of the set pieces like that.
