Aye! Saw it in the theater when I was a kid. All I remembered years later was the dramatic music, Babs and that hole in the floor. Creeped me out. Never saw it again until I bought the DVD about a year ago. Great show! (Kept looking for that gargoyle/devil thing but it never showed up). Still a dramatic thriller. 👍

He was in Hollywood for decades and made over fifty films for top studios like Warner Bros. and Universal, usually in a lead or co-lead role, plus television.
