Nancy Olson born July 14, 1928 was still living in May 2023 age 94. She had a long and successful career in movies. Nominated for an Oscar for best supporting actress in 'Sunset Boulevard' with William Holden. Jane Wyatt, the doctor, found fame as the mother in TV's 'Father Knows Best.' (1954-1960)

Randolph Scott was such great looking man. He could really sit a horse too. Great story. Love Jane Wyatt.

Anything that Randolph Scott is in, it got to be good. I was not disappointed.

Scott could act in any role. John Wayne was always the same character in every movie. Scott's westerns are all well done.

Randolph Scott was The Man! Better than Clint Eastwood and John Wayne combined.

It's a treat for my wife and I to find out we have NOT seen all of Randolph Scott's movies! But I still think my favorite is "Tall T". I wonder if the scene where Scott bumps his head coming out of that cave was in the script or if it just happened and they used it? Either way Richard Boone's reaction to it sure seem real. He's another good actor. And such a handsome devil. Lol

Always appreciate a person actor who can do so well in front of a camera!

I grew up in Brownville jct. Maine, CP RAIL Was the big railroad in area next to B&A. It employed 80% of all people who lived there. The funny thing is the road next to the main line was named Van Horne ave. And i hear this guys name mentioned in beginning of movie. Lol. Im sure its coincidence as i grew up in late 70s and 80s . But found it funny that some names stick with some companys. Great movie. Love randolph scott movies and this is a great one.

What a plot of the story a really good one as well as the drama, Randolph Scott was torn between two women. As expected a very good ending with the first love.

I've seen this movie many times. Always a great "picture show". However, what was the point in YT silencing the part where Randolph Scott looks at Jane Wyman from his hospital bed, after he told her he knew she'd given him a blood transfusion. He said "Thanks Edith"! Why was it silenced?

This is the best contribution from Randolph Scott for Canada's building Rail Road to connect Britist Columbia with rest of East Canada.And the story may be a true one.However it the way of 'Canada's violent,just not too much,or import the 'Cowboy's character'.

I escape this modern world into , the stars , the character actors you see in all these type of movies, the moral compass, darkness always made light. I do not want to see a reflection of the darkness that is now. Hollywood had its terrible dark side behind the scenes. I just want to see magic, to fall into the arms of the screen. From ' Citizen Kane ' through 'Farewell to Arms', to the ' Godfather ' . Charlie Chaplin, and Orson Welles, Fred Astaire and Marilyn. I am a big fan of Joel Mcrea ad Richard Conté. Love this !
