Caught A Muskie Testing my new LURE! Painting Day | Muskie Fishing 

I made a new 8 inch windcheater today......just testing it out, only the lip epoxied....45+ followed....testing stopped.

Man I was all excited when I caught trout on a lure I built from beads and a smiley blade. Catch imagine how cool it’s be to catch a fish like that on something I’d built. Those baits look awesome!!

Awesome video real talent to make them. Any ideas when more will be up on the web site to purchase?

Dj: I lost a friend last year to lung cancer. He was 54 years old. He invented The Phantom Lure muskie glidebait. He also spent roughly 25 years spray painting lures. He used a well ventilated spray booth and non toxic water based paints. Like you he also didn't wear a mask, or breather unit, while spraying paint. I don't know if spray painting lures without a mask caused his lung cancer but I wouldn't be surprised. All I'm saying is: if you plan on building baits for a living, like he did, then do yourself, and your loved ones a favor, and start wearing a mask while painting and set up a well ventilated spray booth. You're getting married soon, think about it.
