If you round the horses up into the pen, they stay in the pen until you either adopt one or sleep. If you haven't caught them into the pen, they'll "run away" aka despawn. Also, you're lucky Eloise hasn't put in the vet yet cuz you'd have all your horses taken away. if the day is going too fast for you to feel able to brush all of your horses every day, try to go into settings cuz you can adjust the day speed. Horses in the pasture only keep 75% of their energy. You can't sell unhealthy horses . Poorly cared for horses have a lower chance of coming up pregnant each day. The more ribbons you win on a horse, the more the horse is worth. Beginner stats are 5-24, intermediate is 24-49, adv is 50-74, and expert is 75+. So if a horse says intermediate stats they can possibly have up to just below advanced stats OR barely intermediate stats. The higher your jump past the minimum for the level of competition the wider your jumping angle can be. Galloping everywhere will end you with a horse with super high endurance and nothing else. Canter for speed, go in circles for flex, and do jumps at their maximum level for jumping. Please, for the love of all things holy, brush them! On slow day speed, if you speedrun it it takes all of 30 in-game minutes
So in terms of the horses health, I think because you've put them all into the pasture while the stalls are dirty and don't have bedding down, the care is at a lower percentage.... so every night you sleep, the horses care percentage is staying low and therefore affecting their health every day... If you put them all back into the stalls, get care and satiety to 100% by feeding, grooming and putting bedding down then the health will go up... THEN you can put them back into the field without worrying that the health will go down! I've had mares out all year and beacuse the stall is clean etc, the health never goes down... Hope this helps! It's not just the grooming...
@@LadyRangerGamer yeah you may have to spend a little bit of money on the herbal medicine to get the health back up to 100% or there abouts quicker, but if all the care are steity is 100% before putting them in the field they should stay at 100%, only the energy goes down to 75% no lower

PLEASE buy better brush! It is WAY better and cleans horses A LOT faster. I really wanna watch your series beacuse I don't have the game yet. With every another uncared hoese I feel less like watching your rivershine videos or skipping this parts where you care for them completly.😢
