I once worked at an office which overlooked the local jobcentre/benefits office. Two buildings along was what I called "Lourdes corner". I called it that because daily you could see miracles occur as people who had hobbled into the benefits office would suddenly be able to walk normally once round that corner. It was a place of miracle cures.

I love watching shows like this and catching people that are unethical and dishonest. Shameful behavior. The only thing really annoying about this documentary is the crackling sound that happens every time the scene changes. I’m sure somebody thinks that it’s a catchy thing to do, but it’s really bloody annoying to listen to it lol!🧐😳🤯

Exactly. I’m one of them. I live in the United States and I cannot work due to several serious pre-existing medical and psychiatric conditions. I have 11 to 12 DRS. and my medical and psychiatric conditions are probably a page and a half long. My dad just died. I would go back to work in a heartbeat. Thankfully, I do get something called Social Security disability income, every month, which has been a lifeline for me. However, it took me two years and the help of a lawyer to get it. The lawyer, did take a fee when we won the case, which is more than fair because she worked for two years. The judge said to the attorney that he hardly ever signs off on these requests. However, he did look at my great worth ethics and the fact that I have worked for over 30 years and he said he would sign off of this one. Me and my attorney had won the case. I was in the hospital in a psychiatric ward when my case went to court and, when I heard that I had one, something snapped inside me, and I had to be hospitalized again. I have been hospitalized numerous times, due to serious medical conditions and surgeries. Seeing these fraudsters make me so freaking angry. Obviously, we have the same problem here in United States, and it is so great to see these criminals get caught and be brought to justice. 😡😡

I don’t use a wheelchair but I’m disabled due to my CVID (rare condition makes me immunocompramised and prone to pneumonia, GI infections, and sepsis and I’ve had all 3 several times with numerous hospitalizations). I’m on disability and can’t work and haven’t been able to. I get IVIG every 28 days (IV medicine made by blood donors plasma) plus on IV meds at home. This man makes us all angry because it’s people like him that makes getting on disability so hard. I was lucky that it only took 6-8 months but I was hospitalized 8 times that year alone. I was even in the ICU twice and 1 hospital stay was for 29 days. This man should go to prison!

My nephew tried to get away witj a disability scam. His neighbor took pictures of him lifting heavy objects when je claimed he had a bad back. Neighbor reported nephew. Nephew went to court and lost his life lomg disability checks. Good for tjat neighbor!!!

I used to work in a Housing office and one day a colleague said 'have you seen the news about that Nigerian sprinter?' I said no. She then told me that a Nigerian woman who was one of her tenants and claiming disability benefits had actually been caught out when the investigators spotted her in the 100m at the Commonwealth Games!! I think her disability stopped her from breaking the World Record but she certainly didn't need a walking stick.

The people that always say they r so injured but never r why not keep up the act till u get paid & then seem to get better over time. 😂 Its very hard to keep all the lies straight. My fathers accident case was real he couldn't ride his motorcycle anymore & had to sell it has had 3 back surgeries to fix discs & to get rid of the pain but it only lasts for a short time then he is in pain again.

That’s the point she was making…before cameras, it was the defendant’s word vs the claimant. In most cases, the defendant would pay out a settlement to avoid court.

had 2 collegues, living in the same street and were going to their jobs together.. one neighbour stood in the window every morning, laughing and cheers them with his cup of tea.. he had no job, lived on soicial security, had a nice car and a nicer caravan.. was known to work anyways... collegues followed him for some weeks, had a very good underdstanding with the local police and .... he was caught, no more expensive cas or caravan... my collegues had the last laughs..

They are collecting disability payments by claiming they can’t work due to being in a wheelchair or whatever their disability is. I live in the US and it’s a major issue here. I was lucky in that it took me only about 6-8 months to get on disability but I was hospitalized 8 times that year with some lasting a week, another lasted 2 weeks, and another lasted for 29 days when I nearly lost my life during the Christmas and New Year’s holidays in 2016. It took me about 6-8 months while others have been trying for years. My health has gotten worse and worse and I haven’t had a year where I haven’t been admitted since 2012. Prior to that I was fine but not anymore. Mine isn’t from injuries but illnesses. Every so many years disability will send me a form to fill out and I send it back or they can take me off of disability which I can’t do. I’m on IV meds and get IVIG from the cancer center. They take all of this into account. This faker on this program was collecting disability in the UK from a car accident that left him needing a wheelchair, a cane, and can’t drive a car without vomiting yet he did on here. Someone on RU-vid made a comment once about being on disability in the US and was upset that social security took her off of it and is making her pay it all back because for the last year she was on disability she was working full time which is a huge no no if you are on disability. You can work on disability but could only make up to $10,000 per year or they would take you off. No one works full time and only makes $10,000 so they are making her pay it all back but she or he is upset that they did that when she was committing disability fraud

24:40 - Search warrants must be different in England than here in the States. Here, the warrants are limited only to evidence related to the specific crime being investigated. In this case, insurance fraud. Therefore, even if drugs were found as a result of the search, police would be unable to make any arrests for possession.

My ex mother in law flips houses and she is on it. I assume she still collects but I’m not with my ex anymore and we don’t talk so I don’t know. She lives in the US. There was a commenter here on RU-vid once when we were watching a channel that a disability lawyer runs and she made a comment because she was upset that she was on disability and the last year she was on it she was also working FULL TIME. That’s a huge no no. We can only make up to $10,000 per year (that’s what it was a few years ago before COVID so I’m not exactly sure now) and with her working full time she would have made more. She got caught and said she has to pay them back and that it wasn’t fair since now it will take a long time before she can reimburse them. If you try to defraud social security and get busted you can’t really complain. I’m on disability and haven’t made a penny from a job since I started disability in November 2015 and I’ve had 1 review (that’s normal. Some may get a review every year or two or like in my case I got my review 6 years after I started disability (somewhere around 6 years). People will stoop really low to defraud social security. Makes it hard to even get on disability

You know whenever the scene is changed that harsh crackling sound is really really annoying to listen to. I know it’s probably put in there as something that somebody deems to be catchy in the realm of film editing, but it’s hard to listen to. Just find another less annoying sound or ditch it all together and just let us watch the video.

I’m on disability myself in the US and couldn’t do half of what he can do. I don’t use a cane anymore (had to after a massive DVT and PE) and I can’t do this. The fact is he was clearly lying about his condition

He claimed to need a wheelchair and a cane yet he was seen walking without either and lifting very heavy equipment. He also claimed that he is terrified of driving and that makes him vomit yet he drove to his vacation spot and got out of the car just fine when he said that if he is in the car for a while he has trouble moving about. I live in the US and this is an issue here. People have lied saying that they were blind and couldn’t work yet was caught driving a car.
