This should be a national television show for a teaching tool. If every judge in America had the same approach as this Judge the world would be a better place. At the very least the amount of tax payers dollars that would be saved is unreal. Simple solutions to very simple problems.

This needs to be on national television, love this guy.

i'm in the UK and I'd like to say this Judge is Terrrificc. He has humour, intelligence and the law on his side. He does seem to like the ladies and children though but I am certain he is fair and honourable to all the miscreants and his judgements are usually given with humour and a smile. I only wish that if I had a violation I could go up against him. Well done for the law in Providence.

Most times he's lenient,, but sometimes he comes down hard,,, but this guy is the BEST!! I wish there were more like him! And,, this is so much better than TV , which I don't have lol.

Addictive to watch I can spend hours on it and I am not one to waste my time. Just makes you wonder how most people live day to day with very little cash or none for emergency. Rich or poor we make same errors of judgement and pay for it The consequences of $50 fine vary greatly between one person to the other and the greatness of judge Caprio is being able to be fair to all .

Out of all the Judges I have seen Your Honor is the best one I have ever seen. Your Great.

these are the judges i wish we had more off, not saying it is easy to be a judge but you would be the type of judge i could consider as a guy if i ever meet would give him a free drink even if it was water. also would shake his hand saying thank you for what you do. all judges like him should be treated with respect.

I love this judge. What a sweet old guy. Used to work with a sweet old guy like him, very intelligent, very fair, very likeable.

I was taught way back in the 60s that yellow/amber means Prepare To Stop and when changing the other way Prepare To Go. You only start driving on Green. In Vietnam traffic lights have count down displays so you know how many seconds the lights will be at green, yellow/amber and red. People still run the lights. BS

Gotta say, after previous run-ins with the law I don't have to much faith in the legal system, but it's wonderful to see such a understanding and upstanding judge in action. I get that for cases with grander offenses, things have to be scrutinized more, but often courtrooms can turn vengeful, rather than seeking to protect the populace and serve justice

Im from Australia , cant believe $85 dollars for the Providence people running red lights , cheap , that's not bad, here in Adelaide , we get slugged a fine of $454.00 for red light camera plus we lose 3 demerit points, unlucky us ....!

He teaches them some respect. I admire that. Apparently respect is not taught in the home in the north. If a southern gentleman had stepped up he would give the judge a yes sir no sir and yes your honor at each response. Respect goes a long way in any situation to gain you favor. Judge Caprio, keep it up. You are a wonderful judge and a really nice person.

Hope we should have this type of proceedings in the Philippines for traffic violations...by having this, the money we pay for penalties go directly to the government, and stop road altercarations with violators and motorists..I so love this show, kudos Judge Caprio..

Judges in Divorce Court should allow people that have never been in court before allow both parties to raise there hands to ask a question or request. I had never been in court in my life could not hear judge, during two year divorce. Kept telling crooked lawyer and told me I did not need to hear him. Fancy court room, carpet and sound system that made judge sound like he was mumbling. Wish he was a divorce court judge. Common Sense and Courtesy.

What I don't get is that it's 35 dollars court costs...unless people want to use their driving record, it suddenly jumps to 60 dollars. Tell me that's not a scam... Also providence says it's unsafe to park overnight, so you get a ticket...but if you pay 100 dollars a year it's suddenly safe and you can park overnight. Scam! The judge is awesome though

I have watched many videos of this Hon'ble Court of Chief Judge Mr Caprio. They are very good and are an example of humanity. I want to bring to your kind notice that there is something amiss with this video : the audio and the visuals do not match. If it was recorded live then how could have it been possible ? I am not being able to figure it out. I am perplexed. Can you kindly explain this technical issue : how is it possible to have a different audio in a live recording ???

I'd start the numbers again putting an a first so that the court stenographer doesn't have to waste time with rediculusly large court order numbers 👍just a thought, if you film this you can increase production time 😉 so providence court start with a01 and increase

at 10:15 judge screwed up. said 915 am. video show 9 15 pm. he should have been called on that.
