Mr. Picky : Really ? at 6:52 the poor lady that got correctly judged innocent on her charge, asks about why her ticket got penalties with her being able to fight it at all , and the judge becomes hostile and THREATENS the poor lady by pulling up old lawyer school stories into submission and forcing her to leave "her court". Is this really HONORABLE ? is this OUTSTANDING judgment ? just a GREAT PERSON ALL TOGETHER huh ? You Americans , you all rather daft.

@@VegabondOnline Yes,i get your point, but even if its a tv show,he is a judge and the people and their stories,circumstances,their reasons for getting tickets all real ,so i reiterate my past comment, this judge is an exceptional professional and a human being as well and i love this grand old man from the bottom of my heart.

Jessica Elliot-An attitude like yours is a cancer on humanity. It's dangerously judgemental and without a shred of empathy. Your snap-to-judgement attitude reveals your personal shortcomings and insecurities. This is the USA. Our country welcomes people from anywhere as long as our countries laws are adhered to. But, it would be impossible to know, let alone understand, all of our countries laws and their implications. Also, thanks to the ridiculously vague laws our courts deal with everyday it is refreshing to have a judge that understands the many circumstances that control momentarily lapses in judgement along with the emotions that instigate knee-jerk decision making. The USA is comprised of individuals representing incredibly varied ways of life. The world you were brought into is unique to your personal circumstances. Just like mine. We don't all have the same beginning, nor the contributing factors of those who's circumstances are unique to their upbringing. There are many ways people express emotion. So to judge someone based solely upon their actions, without considering their circumstances is more of a statement regarding your opinion of yourself. Preinstalled empathy and it's ability to unite is one of Gods greatest gifts to man. Judge not, lest ye be judged. Everyone should be accepted as an individual without the fear of the dangerous stereotyping that is pre determined by our own ignorance and the damaging results of revealing and acting upon said ignorance. Get over yourself and make your world a better place. But, if your ignorance continues to guide your decisions you might consider running for office.

Even the judge would say that is inappropriate.

I know that I am late to comment on this; however, I drive a car that is worth about $9,000.00 and I ride a road bike that is worth $10,000.00. Bikes can get up there in price.

Justin McLeod I'm still confused over that. But I think I saw a similar one where you can turn but you have to stop.

The officer meant no right turn at all.. on red. Obviously a right turn can be made from that lane. The contention was whether or not the sign indicating no turn on red was visible.

If I had to guess, the officer is probably new and thought he could convince the judge to extort the woman for the money despite her stopping sufficiently. That's probably why the judge ignored him and went with his ruling anyway.

Jack 1994 here there are some red lights you can turn on and some you can't.

In the UK you can ignore all red lights if you drive an Audi
