I am so grateful that the tree got the Mustang Driver's ATTENTION and NOT A PEDESSTRIAN. Now days it happens almost every day that someone is hit by a vehicle and the driver leaves the victim in the STREET to DIE.

I came across a down tree driving at night, it was unexpected and saw it suddenly in the storm.

How do you not see that...

Imo the onscenetv morons or whoever that was with the bright spotlight shining it directly in the driver’s face, either blinding them or at the least distracting them to look to the left at it’s source, are responsible for the mustang driver hitting the tree. That is very irresponsible to shine such a bright light directly in oncoming driver’s faces. So it’s no surprise to me the driver didn’t notice the fallen tree until it was too late, all you have to do is just think about times when you are driving on the road and someone has bright headlights on their car in the opposing lane, it causes you to be unable to clearly see the road ahead of you (if at all) until you pass them, so it’s the same effect with some moron on the side of the road shining a bright light in your face. Rather than shining lights in drivers faces, instead the safer thing to do is shine the light on the tree itself on the side facing drivers to light it up (well before their headlights do) so drivers see it well in advance as they enter or come down the street.
