Again, looks amazing! The only thing I would do differently is I wouldn't heat the milk and cream before adding to the roux. If you add cold milk to hot roux there will never be any lumps. Chef John taught me that and it never fails!
I store my online recipes in an app called Paprika on the iPad. A few weeks ago I checked and found that I had made 74 of her recipes...lol. Seriously hasn’t been an average one among them either.
Just made this! Thanks for a great recipe! Added some spice - cajun and all purpose seasoning to the rue and on top. Its very very rich & heavy - perfect for the winter. Packing those pounds on though 😢
We are sympatico, again! Cauli cheese for dinner last night, leftovers for lunch today 😋😋 We add finely diced spring onions for a bit of zing, and our cheeses are cheddar + parmesan. My fave way to use up all those cheese scraps and rind ends - I just bag them in the freezer until I make cauli cheese 😁🥰😋

great tasty recipe, but about half your daily calories in one elusive "serving size".... which of course smoke and mirrors vloggers never mention, this one probably 600/ 700 calories in one side serving, nothing good here other than taste, the word cauliflower means nothing lol...but never let the truth get in the way of a good story 🤪
