As a child, my family made this with Velveeta. I like it also with Swiss and Gryere. Sometimes with cheddar I like a topping of tomatoes. Thanks for reminding me....think I'll make some tonight!
So that's a medium cauliflower across the pond....... XXL in the UK 😂😂 they've gotten tiny and more expensive. I'm wondering if I can use frozen packet cauliflower? Just defrosting it to remove the water and follow the recipe from there?
