I think she used the milder variety you can try the hot ones too. But since cauliflower has a tart taste the milder ones will taste good with it .of course you can try and adjust as per your taste .afterall that is what cooking is all about🫶🙂
I made this today. I cooked the cauliflower to long though however, it was still good. Afterwards I realized I didn't use any curry...Did you mean to put curry in the title or did i miss something? I watched it twice and wrote down directions. Thank you.
