That pretty cleaver. Quad Seal is a pretty thick caulk, but it does flow better when it's warm. Which is something to take into account when you are trying to caulk in cold weather. Keep them tubes warm, or you'll wind up cramping up your hands, and destroying caulk tubes just to get it out. An excellent alternative, that happens to flow much better, but you'll have to search for retailers, is NPC Sealants Solar Seal. It's often sold at lumber yards, and door, window, siding, and roof supply houses, and I have found to be easier to use than OSI Quad Seal. Both caulks are similar formulations, and last a good long time.
