Causes and Fixes for Phi-3-Mini Plugin's Translation and Prompt Expansion Issues After Update 

Recently, many people have told me that the Phi-3-Mini plugin I recommended in previous videos is no longer working. The specific issue is that it doesn't translate or expand the prompts but instead generates a bunch of Chinese characters that ComfyUI can't understand. The reason for this problem is that the developer of Phi-3-Mini no longer accepts system command inputs, so we need to modify the workflow.
