How to fix an engine P0135 Code: O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 1) www.backyardmechanic.org By using this information user assumes all risk of use.
Oh man I went through so much shit trying to find why even though I replaced my sensor stuff was still giving me the error. I'm about to go to go out check all the wiring and fuses/relays. It's always something man, thanks for the help
Been chasing this for a couple weeks. 14 ohms on the heater element, same for the other sensors, 12+v at the connector. Back probed with the o2s plugged in, 12+ v under load. Still throwing the code. What now?
Bought a used mercury g.m. previous owner had installed pipe instead of replacing cats. Upstream is not in pipe. It's hanging out tied up on trans heat shield. I really don't want to dump hundreds to replace the cats. How do I eliminate the sensor? Down stream is connected in pipe. Is there a way to just splice into down stream sensors that will work?
A Honda P1035 code looks to point to a 02 sensor, although some definitions list it differently. It must be a manufacturer-specific code. I would read through the forums to be sure, but it is likely a 02 sensor code.
