She also claims the defendant is the same woman she recently had a dispute with at a stop sign. She’s suing for the cost of the repairs and harassment. The defendant says the plaintiff is harassing her and accusing her. She said she’s never touched the plaintiff’s car. She’s countersuing for harassment.
