The defendant must not know that years ago, someone who was driving while texting ran into a light pole, that came down on a stroller, and killed a baby, whose mother worked on the show. That’s why JM is so passionate about the subject. For awhile, they had the PSA at the end of the the show cautioning people not to text and drive.

I think the IRS may want to investigate the money practices of the Defendant....Paying by cash with no records of hours worked or taxes withheld how is the Defendant paying for taxes on the money he got from his clients or the money he paid out for supplies or money to his employees....the Defendant is a rude man hes lucky the Plaintiff lasted 3 weeks with that attitude.....

I hope that plaintiff found a wayyyyy better job after this case! I know how it feels when you do all the hard work on these jobs and the person who hired you acts like they don't want to pay you and mistreat you for NO REASON. When my company was actively in the hiring process, only 3 out of 10 candidates with scheduled interviews (also through Indeed) even showed up. It was a great company too, and the position paid decent for the job. So, it was baffling why the majority of the people no call / no showed. It just shows there's a lot of people who would rather sit on their butt doing nothing, barely scraping by then being productive and bringing good money into their household. 🤦🏻‍♀️
