if you have -19 Lufs for audio broadcast/speaking ............ what would be a good number to use for a full band with vocals?? My recordings are always weak & not loud enough even bouncing into the red on recording.

So I assume you could leave the box checked and increase the LUFs from -19db to -16db to compensate, OR ... uncheck the box and enter -19db. (Or just use RMS.)
