I’m sure you know by now, that that top portion is meant to “fold over” giving it a slouchy look that way you can put the bag on the crook of your arm vs holding it top handle or crossbody! Give it a good old pillow chop at the fold…! What a great find!!! ❤❤❤❤ It’s gorgeous!
Hi Jonathan. I got the small Florentine satchel also in black. I found it also in a thrift store. It was still in very good condition but it didn’t come with the crossbody strap but I have other black straps that I could use. And here’s a good tip for you and your handbag fanatics. Hobby lobby has adjustable crossbody straps for handbags and in fun patterns.
That was a heck of a buy for $30! She looks great! I would try using a soft toothbrush and mild cleaner like diluted wooliite + distilled water to reinvigorate the suede.

Bro. I’ve been only rocking the Florentine satchel for a while. I just ordered the micro yesterday and now have every size in different colors. Where do I go from here?
