im just a bit disappointed kill didn't use the 90's to threaded airchair spin combo or the one handed chairflare combo in this competion.. i guess he really have to conserve his energy thats why he didnt pull up those moves coz he knew it would take too much energy for him..

doing it fast = more momentum = the energy needed to execute the move is reduce = less control while doing it slow = less momentum = need more enegy to execute the move = more control... either of the two are hard i guess..

I believe so, he had get some speed to nail it too because he usually does all his airflares/flares at a slow pace. (Note: doing power moves slow is harder)
