I started playing drums at 12 in 1976. Thank God I had Blondie records to play with. Clem Burke is one of my biggest influences. He is a phenomenal drummer. Thank you Clem for making me better
I saw them last week in Yorkshire I was six-eight foot from Clem's drum kit as he drummed non stop through Parallel Lines ....what a noise he makes. What a legend ...and he mingled with the crowd after the show for over half an hour ....what a gent.
CBBB=CLEM BURKE, BRAGGING BRAT... SO STUCK ON HIMSELF, HES DRUMMING FOR DEBBIE WITH HIS INITIALS ON THE DRUMS...WHAT A CONCEITED PRICK. BLONDIE IS DEBBIE HARRY...PERIOD. GO HOME,CLEM, YOU LITTLE BITCH.
I think this is the most classy thing Clem has ever done! Jamming with a Blondie cover band !! Those guys must have been pinching themselves!! Good on ya Clem!!
@@Aidorocks Stupid enough where 16 people agreed with me. Debbie's voice changed drastically in the 90s. I'm not saying I didn't enjoy the change. I thought her ability to hit lows and her smoky voice were well-suited for some of the new material. She definitely no longer sounded like a young woman from New Jersey, though. Also, your forehead extends to the back of your head. Take care of that before you call anything stupid.
@@GregoryRCosta Really my forehead extends to the back of my head !! That's the best you can come back with, oh! how easily offended you are snowflake !! 🤣 again as I already stated , that's just another stupid comment from you !! Now move along snowflake and get a life !! 🤣
I can't say how much Blondie was the only Goddess in my life at 10-12. Period. I would have sold my soul to be hers and I had no clue what that really meant, but now that I do. I still would have sold my soul to be with her, period. Hello, Devil. Hello, Hell. But she was mine. Ha ha ha ha ha.
He’s up there with topper . Cook . Moon keep u buddy riches he’s a one man racket , arty phartys love him . Bet he wouldn’t blow his kit up , with cherry bombs
damn hes really heavy on them symbols he sure makes you know hes there, great drummer probs 1 of the best of all time but he went a bit overboard there for me especially when hes louder than the singer most of the time but thats just my view
That stupid phone prop is ultra-cringe. As a matter of fact, this whole half-rate shitshow is ultimate cringe. Except Clem Burke destroys every drum he has ever seen.
Saw them on Sunday at our local 100 capacity club and they are brilliant musicians and very good at keeping the spirit of the band. New drummer and different bass player.
