Sir, Kindly upload more such sessions and Masterclass.🙏 Congratulations on completing 23.4k subscribers on your channel.🌟 Hoping that you would soon reach 25k.🌟✨ This video was highly informative and quite helpful for me.💯 I had a question though, what is the ideal treatment plan you would suggest for Class 1 Maxillofacial bone defect. Some people are keen on advising Gingival veneering in old aged patients for such cases. Is there some other better treatment modality in such cases? Kindly consider discussing about some common treatment modalities for bone defects in any of your forthcoming videos.🙏 Much Appreciation for your efforts.✨ May God reward you and your loved ones with with more success and prosperity.✨ Ramadan Mubarak to you and your family.✨🌟 Best Regards.💐🙏 Stay Blessed Always. ✨🌟
Thankyou Twinkle for the feedback :) Hope you’re well! Sure will include some cases of those kind! As for your question, i would need to see pictures, xray, history before telling you the exact treatment plan.
@@DRSMFaizan Most welcome Sir.🙏 Thank you for replying to my comments on your channel. It helps a lot and clears most of my doubts. I'm very thankful to you .🙏 I'm all ok , and hopefully you are doing well too :) Wese bhi aapki videos jb bhi aati hai din achha ho hii jata hai :) On most rough days your videos have helped me to stay motivated. Thank you for constantly making videos to help us all :) And thank you for bringing positivity and hope in our lives through your efforts.🙏 Regarding the case, I couldn't document that case properly as the patient was unwilling for any further treatment/intervention/ case documentation. As per the history given by the middle aged male patient who visited our O.P.D was that he had lost an Upper Right Incisor due to trauma 8 years back and wanted the replacement of his missing teeth. An Implant was not considered as a treatment modality due to the clinical finding of the Maxillofacial class 1 bone defect which was suspected in relation to missing the anterior tooth 1 1 . And either a fixed or removable prosthesis were the options most considered regarding the treatment plan. A proper radio diagnostic evaluation could have helped , but as the patient wasn't willing to go for it, we had no choice but to let him go. This is why I asked you to kindly discuss a few cases of the Maxillofacial bone defects and their respective treatment modalities . Regarding the gingival veneering treatment modality which often is recommended for old aged and middle aged patients , I asked you to suggest an alternative treatment modality as many patients are not willing to go for it too. If I had the X-ray/ Clinical photos; I would have definitely asked for a Mail ID to send the soft copy of them , but unfortunately it wasn't done as the patient wasn't willing. That is the reason I asked you about the ideal treatment plan (which is constant as per literature) and not for a case specific treatment plan regarding class 1 bone defect. Because for a case specific treatment plan I didn't have this case properly documented. Also sometimes, a little deviation from the ideal is expected too in few of the cases, though this might differ from case to case. So for the general understanding of the concept of treatment planning in the cases of Maxillofacial Bone Defects (As many such cases are seen regularly). So if you discuss a few of such cases it would be actually very helpful for the dental students and dental graduates. I would request you to kindly discuss that topic in any of your forthcoming videos. Much Appreciation for you.🙏 Best Regards.💐
Hello, I've a question that's bothering me lately. I was diagnosed with periapical infection for which extraction was advised. The infection had been fir very long (since it was asymptomatic I've never felt anything but only bone expansion) now that my mandible is sorta expanded ( size of a marble) will it come back to its original state I mean will the expanded bone sit over time ? Since I've had cbct for the impla, will.thebexpanded bone create any issue ?
You’re most welcome and thankyou for watching. The software viewers come along with the cbct data when you ask a laboratory to send you the patient’s scan or the patient bring the usb/cd with them.
For the sake of convenience, I'm mentioning the time stamp; The Video starts at 14:42 - 14:46 onwards Also , it is already mentioned in the auto-generated captions/subtitles available in Transcript tab below the description box for anyone who wishes to read.👍
