I think in my humble opinion RK gave a great advice to JD to reform the system, bring awareness in the public about deficiencies in the current politics and educate them about their rights. This will definitely help to change the politics and corrupted politicians. Unless until the change start from the public this vicious circle will continue for ever. Good intentions are not sufficient we need mechanisms to implement the good intentions. We don’t need new political parties or politicians whereas we need change the current political parties and politicians. We need yo make them answerable and responsible for the development. As long as we sell our valuable votes for money this system won’t change. Though I am an NRI I closely follow JD Garu and following him for the past 5 years. I think he has a great potential and good intentions but not impactful actions to move the needle and add value to the society thus far. He should make the quick decisions and make the changes. We all are here to support JD sir. The root cause is ignorance of the public not the political system.

Wat a bold and wonderful interview....i think all the colleges or schools should keep the open dialogue on these topics, bcoz colleges are the places where the next generation shapes up for optimistic future. In 2003 there is a malmath commission report, but nothing happened so far in terms of cleaning the system.

Sir u have given very valuable suggestions but I do not agree with one of ur suggestions like conducting the elections for more than a day without providing the basic facilities like toilets perticularly to the women on poling duty.Did u ever ask any lady about their experience of poling duty.please focus some light on this issue if u get a chance.
