Munkie Bunz - thanks for the info. It is frustrating that they will post something assuring that quotes will be available, but in reality it is simply a click bait, or a "chatter " generating views. I'm disappointed. 😔 ...And frustrated that an average "Joe" is unable to send a truck to ID to get a custom build rear bumper.

They won't do it again. I've called them.

You're easily looking at a few grand for each. Labor to install and cutting the frame to fit. Top notch craftsmanship costs. Just basing the options on offroad, "you weld" kits of this caliber cost over a grand still.

Well, in reality FEDEX or UPS or DHL are going to be very expensive, but there should be a freight broker that can get you a quote for either airfreight or sea (container) shipping. It would have to be crated at the factory, or you would need a third party that would pick it up, crate it, and shipped to you. Good luck with your project !

Scott Lilly - you are not the only one. I hate to think that way , but I think we are being duped in here. Owners are sending people to those vendors, but vendors don't care at all about individuals with specific needs (like a Ford Expedition ). Also having a unique product (custom built) allows the owners to sell that product with a higher profit in a future. So, this time around it's all about the Benjamins . Keep searching. Hopefully one day we will be lucky enough to have that rear bumper on our Expeditions. Good luck !

I know this is coming a bit late.. but payload capacity comes to mind... I know my expi only has 1200 pounds of payload, that chips away real quick with bodies, food, jackets, and even water bottles. I couldn’t imagine having all that extra weight and then trying to tow. And trailer with marginal weight will push the payload limit over capacity. If happen to have a accident/crash, liability shifts to you for being overweight. Maybe I’m the only one who is concerned about being legal in this regard.
