Christian Business Women’s Connection is a faith based organization whose purpose is to connect, disciple and equip business women to lead more significant productive lives, both personally and professionally.
In this video, we give video highlights from one of America’s greatest speakers - Joni Eareckson Tada, who at 17 was injured in a diving accident, leaving her a quadriplegic. She will be joined by her husband Ken to share their “life together”. The Ministry “Joni & Friends” is known throughout the world and is dedicated to extending the love and message of Christ to people who are affected by disability whether it is the disabled person, a family member, or friend. CBMC Fresno and CBWC Fresno have joined together to sponsor this special event to honor and promote this wonderful couple and Ministry.
CBWC leadership is current President Joan Crawford Sandlin. Other members of the Advisory Council include Marvel French, Martha Kistler, Terrie Purgason, Kathy Salinas and Silvia Plumb. Video is provided by Ronald G. Flores in association with Websovid Media.

Please Ken, go on record your favorite songs for us, God gifted you with such an absolutely gorgeous and handsome voice! Please. I heard you sing only one short song, for the first time ever, today, December 12, 2021. You’re also a great story teller, like Joni. You both are God’s messengers, comforting us who suffer and helping our faith. Thank you both, very much.

Joni you are an inspiration to the rest of us with disabilities you have shown us all around the world how to treat others with kindness love and dignity even for your love of God I still have the little letter that you wrote me a very very long time ago I have the movie I have two of your CDs I did have a nice picture of you and your husband to my dog accidentally chew to peace off it was a piece that you autographed unfortunately I don't think I'll ever be able to get it back again but you are a really nice lady it shouldn't happen to you but it did God had something different in your life but you have a wonderful purpose and always know that you always remind me to be kind and loving and loyal to other people and never take life for granite and that I don't care you are so loved thank you for being a friend all of us

I suffer from a severe case of Fibromyalgia and arthritis. I thank God I'm not a quadriplegic! The pain I experience during flare ups,(can last week's to months) can be as bad as if a horse kicked me in the air, or severely beaten, or hit by a car....this is no exaggeration....I have no comprehension on how an ATHIEST could cope with this. Firstly, my God carries me.....secondly...I'm looking forward to a painfree eternity

Joni please pray for me I have tendernities in both ankles. Painfull joints hard to walk. Not in wheelchair. Yet hard. To. Get dressed takes hours. Mum's 93 metal rod in leg can't walk. Lost dad last. Year. Alzimerz. Deasease. Mum'. Is. So prescious to me. How am I going to cope lord. ?
