it was mainly done because it was securely held in place during the drilling process and I lacked a strong vise back then 😀

Great work and very cost effective. Guys, I am looking for the same modification for my bike. Please let me know if its worth to modify . I thought of bringing CB300f handle bar,bridge and mount from australia through my friend which would cost me around 10000-12000. Please suggest which is the best option. Also my bike is ABS version. Does not the cables would be shorter after due to handlebar height increase? If you share your email ID , it would be very helpful.

Although investing such a amount to make it look like stock is a way to go but personally i would rather drill 2 holes and if need be have the triple clamp replaced to stock and use that money to install powertronics :) Since the handlebar bracket is sitting on washers i had made sure to use 2 lock tight nuts just in case. I have taken the bike to 130kmph and didn't find any vibration issues also note that the bar end weights are plastic and not metal. since i am having std version i wouldn't know if the cable be long enough. At the end if you want something you go to take the risk and go ahead with it... Good luck..

if you clip off the ends of the windshield shown at 0:49 then you will be fine.

1.no 2.all wires were re routed and stock.no extra wire or cutting was required. 3. If u route the clutch wire as shown n the video then u shd b gud. Although u might require a tunning for acclelator wire since turning on a certain angle it pulls the wire. Main cause was the wires were alrdy stretched out. I also think bajaj as200 clipons should work too but im not sure about the diameter.. i sold the bike way back so i dont have any pictures..cheers

I am 6ft tall and when I took a test drive after setup I could still feel my body leaning towards the front. Personally won't recommend rather buy a more upright seating motorcycle. cheers

No vibration..but i wont recommend to modify it.. even after change you still feel the weight on your wrist..

Hi dude... This was a diy project of mine but i am sure if you show this video to any mechanic they will be able to assist you with this.. Note. even after i changed the handle bar i still faced the fatigue issue so i had reverted back to the original setup and sold the bike off.

sorry, I missed this comment.. it's a lovely bike to ride in stock and i don't really recommend anyone to change the settings. I had to do coz i suffer from slip disc so it causes a great discomfort when going on long rides. hence i had to sell it.
