If they set aside the convictions the government could be liable but if the convicted apply and are granted a pardon then that means they suffer no further consequences. It doesnt mean that their sentence is vacated.

I'm not going to lie. I'm against abortion for the purpose of birth control; give the child a chance to live; give birth, then put the child up for adoption. That being said, the state is WRONG, for endangering the life of a woman, by forcing her to have a baby that will die and take the mother along with it... USE COMMON SENSE!!!

Abortion is not being used for birth control. Birth control is what you take or use to prevent getting pregnant. Sometimes it fails. Sometimes it isn't available. But unless you are the one who is pregnant it is really none of your business.
