TonyTex, you have never steered me wrong, the Rhapsody is a no brainer and just waiting for it to be carried by Amazon. I have enough extra tips and good cables to outfit a small army so accessories are something that is not an issue. Thank you again for everything you do for the community. I've had a few KZs/CCAs over the years but after the DQ6 shenanigans I left alone until the KZ HBB PR2 which for the money was great. Then I saw the KZ Castor review & grabbed that & once again it was brilliant for the price. Now the Rhapsody is looking like another winner which I'll end up buying, I didn't think I'd buy another KZ/CCA but they put their house in order & are giving great value for money.
I feel the same way. I tried Castor, and it's really interesting. I believe KZ is on the path of improvement. That's why I'm considering buying Rhapsody.

Omg Akros, what a mistake I made ordering the Fudu before this Rhapsody. The first 2 weeks I had with the Fudu I was so happy, this was such a fun tuning and wide stage. I ordered the Rhapsody to try messing with switches for cheap and see if I like a tuning better than the Aful P5 in a hybrid. I was blown away!! The rhapsody is sooooo clean and extended and also so forward and powerful, I ended up on 1110 (I don’t even know what you would call this tuning, but that mid switch up just instantly makes things hit my hrtf and feels 3D) with divinus tips (the default starlines are also incredible but slightly less comfortable with this shell in my ear).
I am going to try this tuning. I just got mine today and I am letting them burn in a few days and I'll take a listen. I almost bought the Fudu😅 Thanks for sharing! Happy new year!
I saw the tone deaf Monk review anf got really curious, then saw that the Paul Wasabi review was quite positive.and almost there. I was was tempted by the kz site intro price/no tax and was see sawing. Finally, I saw your video and it's on the way. Another set is coming, taking me too two times too too many!

@@lashervacano5509 At the very least, it's supposed to be extremely comfortable to wear, so you can always EQ it if the sound isn't exactly what you're looking for.
Just as a follow up, Phoenixcall arrived today. WoW, I can’t recommend it enough. Just a few years ago this IEM would have been $500+ and still loved. Oh, and for those like myself who like to EQ to taste. These take EQ like a champ. That little 7mm driver slaps hard and does it effortlessly. Hope this helps someone else out 🤘🏻😎🤘🏻
I bought simgot em6l and fudu and returned both and pulled the trigger on this one and im glad i didn't. Cca rhapsody is incredible, way better iem compared to em6l and fudu.
As soon as I saw the orders for this one on the cca groups I instantly know this would be a banger since it’s basically made by the team that made the KZ Castor (and uses the same design) and got one, I can’t wait to receive it!
Im still waiting for mine to be delivered. I ordered it on the 10th and its the 18th now. Should be here in a day or two hopefully. For $35 its pretty much free for what it offers. Edit: They just came today and theyre fire. It came stock with the medium tips but I switched it to the largest tips and the switches were already on so I just left it the way it came. I just got into IEMs like last month so I ordered two cheap ones for my first sets which were the Tangzu Waner and Truthear Hola. This Rhapsody set is dope af for just $35 🔥🔥🔥🔥
If I were to start out today, after having bought about 25 IEM sets over the last 5 years, I suppose I would have a smaller collection (3) made up of: Tangzu Wan 'er or KZ Castor (improved), CCA Rhapsody, and ARTTI T10. With an expanded budget, I would add my Hidizs MP145 and Truthear HEXA. Insofar as accessories, I would buy myself: - the Muse Hifi M4 (~$100, my favorite BT DAC/AMP) - a BT earhook set (KZ AZ20 ~$75, else budget CCA BTX~$30) - an excellent modular cable, in this case the NiceHCK Blue Luna, with screw locked modular terminals for 3.5/2.5Bal/4.4Bal. - a good Dongle DAC like the JCALLY M20 or Abigail. - after market tips.

Bought this IEM. Who tuned Rhapsody, Castor, Pianist, Duolist. You are a fucking legend. Maybe, imbalances are problem of the switches on CCA/KZ. Great review.
my most correct decision when coming back to Chi-fi is not buying the right IEM, but following Akro's channel lol. Btw, Akros, can you give a bit of details to compare the AS24 and the Rhapsody. I bought AS24 after watching your review, but I still want to explore more...
I don't own Rhapsody yet, but I imagine the main differences will be better bass and warmer soundwith Rhapsody vs increased detail retrieval and cooler sound with AS24 which I do own and enjoy although the shells could use a bit of smoothing out to make them more comfortable for extended listening for my ears.

The first time I see such versatile switches. This earphone is worth getting just to try different tunings and find out the ones you like. It's like tapas to tease your palate.
I'm waiting on mine from Linsoul, where it costs only $40, compared with $59 on Amazon after $10 coupon, albeit at the expense of having to wait quite a while longer for them [sigh]. Having owned CCA's HM20 and being quite impressed with them, if Rhapsody is unquestionably CCA's best hybrid, I'm really looking forward to it.
One word of advice. Do not buy anything directly from Linsoul. If they send the wrong product you'll have to pay for the return to China and wait an unspecified inspection period so you can maybe be refunded. If you didn't made a video getting the product out of the box, there will be no refund whatsoever. They cannot pull that shit on Amazon so it's safer to buy there.
What would u recommend? rhapsody or hm20? Im using kiwi ears quartet, n i would consider myself a basshead but still like some airyness.. is rhapsody or hm20 an upgrade to quartet?

I found a Rhapsody used in mint condition for $25. This Rhapsody is everything Akros says and more. He is not shilling at all. This IS a fantastic IEM, end of story.

@@fuad000100 It is big, but to me at least, fit, confort and seal are great. at least for me. Most of kzs/ ccas iems are big but they all fit my ears great.

@@akros9333 I see... Thanks for the tip. Been watching your videos recently and noticed you mentioned the cca hm20 a little more frequently especially on the zar and zat review. I was also looking into the fr graph of the hm20 and was amazed how high its sub frequency compared to the newer ones and the old zsx and zax which i experienced(especially love how the zax sounds, i love bass so much but also want clarity). I was missing my old 1dd+5ba+ IEMs and was planning to buy the hm20 even if it was from 2022, and was anyways locked on to purchase the rhapsody. Kinda redundant to plan on buying both but thanks for saving my wallet!
I was considering upgrading to a Let Shuoer S12 Pro from my S12. Instead, I decided to take the same money and buy: Rhapsody ($35.51) + Castor/improved ($13.35) + ARTI T10 ($58.72)...total, delivered = US$107.58. I enjoy trying different IEM's and these seem to be getting some solid reviews in2024. It's pretty incredible the level of ChiFi at these price points, in 2024. Good grief...just five years ago this would've been unimaginable.
No it's not better , but I will tell you that it's actually keeps up better than expected. Maybe at lower to mid volumes it might have a little extra detail than the EA1000
imo it very much is, but that's not a hybrid, it's an all ba set. i have both and they are different. Although they both have switches and you can play around with their tunings, the rhapsody is more on the fun side of things, more energetic, it has more bass and treble and is more musical, while as24 is more clean and detailed, a bit more laid back and analytical. (not harsh or bright). As24 is more focused in the mids. Both great.

36 bucks and I will do the test for sure.hope is no dummy drivers like the other sets. Because I saw their ba drivers from Knowles costs 50 bucks for 1 pair. Mmmmm strange price. Unless they hand made drivers with the same model name.
