All you need for a common law trademark in the US is to use the word or symbol to denote the origin of a product in commerce. Now Connor is a Welsh man living in Japan and Rainhoe is in the Netherlands, so US law isn't applicable, but most countries have similar laws.
Wow so completely off base, making shit up. Rain decided to prank Connor by banning him from his own channel. (apparently mods can do this on Twitch, which if you think about it is really dumb, but in this case it makes for a great prank) She made sure he had his dumb alt account first - bigbootywelshman - and then she banned him as a prank. She's been his mod since he started streaming like 5 years ago, they're also pretty good friends which is why he can get away with calling her pathetic, she knows he's not serious.
