Placed an order for a hoodie on November 17th. I received a confirmation email and have not received any info since then. I’ve always loved your brand, I literally met Chris at Forest this year and he seemed like a great dude, he even featured my friend on his Instagram. I’m really disappointed with this whole experience, I don’t want to charge back the card but I don’t see any other options, this is seriously so disrespectful to your fan base and unprofessional as hell.
