@bas5050 well the white is a limited edition so when it comes to selling them they keep their value alot better, and now they are about the same price, so on that basis i would say the white, but if you go to your local shop and the black are cheaper, then the whites once dont have any extra feature, they are exactly the same
The 4 effects on the DJM 350 are different (at least labeled differently) than the black version. black has: Gate, Jet, Crush, & Filter white has: Noise, Jet, Echo, & Filter Are gate/noise the same thing? What about crush/echo? I really need to know, thanks
I didn't notice if in the mixer you can her press a button to hear the upcoming song while a different song is still playing out? Please replay back this will be greatly apricitaed
well the first difference being that the cdj 400 are discontinued so you would only be able to buy them used the 350's are rekord box compatible, meaning super acurate beat grids making beat matching that much easier for new dj's, also the beat reader is to one decimal place so rather than telling you a track is 135bpm it might say 135.5 again for easier beat matching, the 350s have more file format support, the only thing is the 350's dont have effect built into the cdj's only the mixer
yes you can hook up to Virtual DJ and record on the mixer, because the sound comes from the computer to each CDJ seperatly, the sound goes through the mixer in the exact same way as it would using CD's, i have used VDJ in the past but i mostly use Traktor a much better program
@LuXckyXWilL do you mean virtual turntables or vinyl turntables. if you mean virtual, then they are on a pc or mac only, where the cd ones you have phyical contact with, if you mean vinyl, then the difference is, that cd has more features, because you can set loops ect, and the cost for vinyl is very high because it is becoming uncommon, which also means that very few new songs are pressed to vinyl, but because vinyl is full anolouge sound the quility better than cd
sorry but your wrong the extra effects are only on a firmware download, which is avalible from the pioneer site, so anyone with the black ones can have the exact same effects that i have on my white ones
